[UI] Track Spending over/under weird bug #67

When I use 'cordova run --device' to test on an Android phone, selecting the savings option in the Over/Under Spending popup doesn't save and update input properly. However when I was testing in the Chrome browser I did not have this problem. It worked fine.

Ok this is bizarre, I reloaded the same build of the app again and it worked fine. But the assets button wouldn't update when it worked earlier.

It's like sometimes the various buttons behave like they should, and other times they do not. Not sure if it's just my phone or if this problem is much bigger.
