Blank page issue with Moodle 2.5.2 #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upload auth/gsaml, blocks/gmail, blocks/gdata, blocks/gaccess,  lib/zend
2. Login with admin detais
3. page goes blank

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should show admin panel. Instead it shows blank page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.2
