Not done. There's only a barebones node.

Today we found out the old code for this does not actually use the data from obstacle detection, but goes through the LiDAR buffer itself and does its own analysis. This will remain in its old form during porting but will be optimized to use the data we already have from obstacle detection after porting is complete.
