Vis2 error #13

Hello,

I am using VIS2 through Macro Creator. The developer indicates that he has no idea why this is not working for me. Ive used this succesfully on other computers, so i am trying to narrow down why this error is occuring and what i can do to solve it. Is this error familiar to you?

If needed i can test with AHK too

Apologies, i managed to solve this issue by running the program in administrative mode. I am working on a company laptop, so i dont have access to this. I thought i'd at least give the feedback for the next person who runs into this.
