Usecase completness #7

  1. use case "complete" label not updated to "incomplete" after changes in the persona/intent/strategy
  2. "published" should be reverted if use case goes from "complete" to "incomplete"
  3. JSON export does not consider AI model upload section completeness - this affects the chatbot which needs an AI model.
