Explainer Ontology Data Type #11

The Explainer ontology has a Data Type class, with subclasses for Categorical, Image, Numerical, Ordinal, and instances with the same names. This could be confusing, so we should decide which to use and remove those that are not needed.

Choice depends on purpose, so leaving as is and closing issue. Note - we've also added ability to state about the data set type in similar fashion.
