Rename the AIMethod ontology to AIModel #2

The scope of the AIMethod ontology is greater than only the AI Method, as it defines details of the AI Task, etc. The proposal is to rename the AI Method ontology (defined in aimethod.rdf) to AI Model (suggested name aimodel.rdf).

New file added, old file removed from git repository, all references to aimethod ontology have been replace with references to aimodel ontology in other files; @ike01 can you please check and confirm?
