How do you raise your skill level?  I'm at level 3 & still haven't been able to 
get any skill.  Im playing on an android concord version 2.3.7

You can get your skill point after you reach 4 level. Next point you will get 
after next 4 levels etc.

Skill points are awarded every 4 levels.
