What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Book a car.
2. Go to the car. Use it. Finish the rental.
3. Cancel the already completed booking via the API. (You have to remember the
bookingID)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I´m expecting, that the API returns an error with a appropriate description.
But the API return code is 0 what means, that this operation was successful.
But the most dramatic problem is, that the cancelation fee is charged from the
user.
