Vibration - on/off problem

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to settings
2.Turn off vibrations for silent-mode
3.receive an i.e. appointment or im
4.the iphone still vibrates

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The iphone shouldn't vibrate while getting messages on silent-mode

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?

Iphone 3G on 3.0

Please provide any additional information below.

A workaround for the issue:

Turn off vibrations for silent-mode in the settings, then stop and restart
the mobile substrate GripPushNotification Toggle (SBsettings under more)

To turn on the vibrations, redo this step, after turning on vibrations
