License code - should be removed #20

I thought to keep ISET/ISETBIO in sync, but now that they are diverged we should just strip out the ieGetMACAddress and license/key and all that stuff. By 'we should' I pretty much mean me.

This will also help platform independence because the md5 routine and the ieGetMACAddress routines are mex-files.
