Use vcGetROIData in sceneGet and oiGet. #40

There is a vcGetROIData function. The roiXXX gets in scene and oi should probably flow through that function, if they don't already. We should check. When they look right, we can close this thread.

[This is, as far as I can tell, the only hanging part of issue #15. Reposting just it here after closing #15.]

I checked, and they do flow through vcGetRoiData.
