link database to biological specimen and organism #161

There are databases that are tissue banks/repositories- would be nice to link these to the organisms and specimens.

Not sure about this one.

Is the expectation for databases that the individual resources that make up the database be linked to the database resource? Is it sufficient to tag the database with the diseases and organism types that it contains?

If we do implement this would the property be something like "has_representative_resources"?
