Concept: A file in /dev (/dev/music) which is used to control music. For example to skip just echo skip into it

this idea sounds a bit too ridiculous (though i can't decide if it will happen). you're likely better off using an actual program instead.

search /dev/dsp in this page for info about audio devices, though it might not be as user friendly as pumping audio files into it, there might not be audio support in iSH and you're still better off using an actual program instead.
