Bad layout shift on app icon selection menu #2157

App version: 1.3.2 build 494 iOS version: 16.5.1 Device: iPhone 13

When scrolling the app icons menu, the layout shifts, changing sizes, shapes, and positioning of numerous elements of the screen. Please see the attached video:

I have the same issue on ios 17.0.3, iphone 12 mini
