ADDED : [Neural Networks] #156

I have added a course for linux shell scripting and neural network (machine learning) according to the issue #3 Also the course Ethical Hacking using Python by Alexis Ahmed was repeated twice (first time at line number 283 and 2nd time at line 365 , so i deleted the course at line 365)

However, I'm sorry I can't merge this PR, because as per the contributing guidelines, only PR submissions which include free resources are valid. Also, please refrain from adding multiple resources in a single pull request, so that it's easier to maintain this repo.

Please either commit the changes in this PR or close this one and create a new PR, with a free course.
