changing on: [pull_request, issues] to on: [pull_request_target, issues] might fix the failure when there are incoming PRs from forked repo

Hello maintainer, do you want to merge this. The build fail seems to be due to some issue with the github action.

Also if you planning to maintain the repo, I would like to try out a search feature. There are pretty descent recommendations from the contributors, currently it looks hard to find a specific course
