Students will be able to review any messages sent to them via onCourse here as well, tracking both read and unread messages.
If we added a tracking pixel to all outbound messages, we could track opens (sometimes) through email as well as the new portal app.
For html emails we need to be careful about how we present the message inside an iframe to avoid security issues.
