The detail panel is too large to be displayed on a tablet or smartphone device #226

It is not too large in the simulated smartphone and tablet display of Chrome on a PC, but it is too large in the actual device (tested with Pixel3 Android11 and KALOS2 Android 6).

Change to a responsive design instead of a fixed width.

Also setting panel and filter save panel.
