Adding a custom scrollbar #75

Currently, the website has the default scrollbar, which is in contrast to the great look of the website. I would like to work on this as a contributor in SWOC'21 and add a custom scrollbar matching the design of the website. @ishitakapoor26 Kindly assign this issue to me please

Hey @ishitakapoor26 , I've added a custom scrollbar in the PR #81 and I've tried to make it so such that it matches the rest of the website. Kindly please review it or tell me if you would like any changes.
