explanation for paying a recurring payment is not clear #15

This explanation is not clear enough. Maybe you can elaborate more here. As a user, I did not understand what this feature does by reading the UG. I had to actually execute the command to understand what it does.

Add an explanation in UG for the financial terms

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

Your program handles expenses, recurring payments, income, and target. Expense and income are fairly clear but you could add a description or a glossary of what recurring payment and target means here, especially targets. The term "target" could otherwise mean alot of things even in financial terms.

Hi, thank you for your bug report. After careful evaluation of your bug report, the development team is rejecting this bug report due to the following reasons:

1) In the context of a simple financial tracker, we believe that setting targets is a fairly easy-to-understand concept. Similarly, a basic google search should return the definition of a recurring payment,

2) The reported issue does not affect the functionality of the user guide and we are not accepting suggestions as bugs.
