invalid error message for incorrect currency #2

WHen I enter a currency that is not valid, the system says to either enter valid currency or manually enter exchange rate. However, there is no such command to manually enter an exchange rate. If there is, it is not clear enough in either the user guide, or the help command or the error message. Maybe you could explain what the user can do here once they face this error message.
