Added files for 2048 Game

Description

I have created a Python version clone of 2048 Game. I have used the Tkinter module, to create a standard GUI to play game in executable mode. The colors.py stores all the colors and fonts used in the main 2048 GUI.

This is a sample template for creating a PR. Everytime someone makes a PR, they need to refer this template.

I should be improved, and to be made look more better.

We have 4 directories: Arduino, Programming, Machine Learning, Design+Content. You can choose any of those, make a folder inside one of those. Then add your contributions in that folder. Push those changes. And you're done.
