PostgreSQL Northwind version does not have Foreign Keys #6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download PostgreSQL version from 
http://northwindextended.googlecode.com/files/northwind.postgre.sql
2. Run SQL code in PgAdmin

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There is no foreign keys where they are expected at least for me, like table 
"products" and "SupplierID" column.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PostgreSQL Northwind Database v1.0 from Ramiro Estigarribia Canese - from 
comments, operating system Windows 7 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
