unknown forest package #5

Hi,

I am trying to locate the forest package imported in phrase_extractor.py. If thats an external library please let me know.

Hi,

The version of phrase_extractor.py in the repository is currently not functional. Technically this shouldn't be in the main repo and ended up in the wrong branch... Sorry for the confusion.
