Add Event Relation extraction to pipeline #101

This was mentioned by Manling in the meeting last Tuesday, but could use some more clarity from @marjorief on this one. These relations are typically predicted in SRL/AMR.

Are there specific relations we are targeting?

I think their exact words were: "I thought Marjorie had mentioned that you guys were also going to provide Event and Relation extraction, is that right?"

ok. so this would be (a) grabbing the word that they select as trigger (b) using the Mitchell approach to looking up that word in KGTK and/or using our own AMR parse of the sentence to use the AMR based approach to label that word. (c) the ontology mapping file (or our own AMR alignment) to map the argument roles as relations.

It is one of the reasons that I've been somewhat encouraging of "call out, not integrated into the Joe pipleine" view of the QNode linking.

@joecummings -- this issue is probably better placed in the AIDA integration repo, where we are collaborating across the whole team.

Can you expand upon what you mean by "relations" then? I think I might be confused.
