Adds a script that allows a user to download the Visual Genome images. This succeeds in pulling the images, which are now located in /nas/gaia02/data/paper2023/vg/visual_genome_python_driver/data/images. In the case that the process stops or some images fail to download, the script can be run again without any images having to be re-downloaded.
