Reproduce SOTA from MS on VizWiz

The top VizWiz captioning performer is MS Cog. Svcs. (GIT2, Single Model)

• Run this model on a small VIzWiz sample
• Collect results and score
• Compare results to what is in leaderboard (see overleaf doc).
• Compare results to small Unified-IO VizWiz sample (see #17)
