Orientation in 0.3.4 is wrong #25

Since the last tag (0.3.4) orientation of the images witten by nifti (don't know if its broken elsewhere) is wrong.

I reverted f528dc1ead018ed81d5d8cbe082b6b0bf63801f2, that seems to cause the problem (thank you bisect :-) ).

But I'll leave the issue open for the "real" fix ...
