General

• minor performance improvements and cleanup
• prevent big parts of the conversion system from being exported - reduces core library size by 10%
• make the png-plugin to accept signed 8/16 bit images for writing (just write them as unsgined 8/16 bit)
• revised isisdiff to better read/diff datasets with multiple images
• in ParameterMap::parse stop searching for abbreviations if there is a full match with a parameter (stops conflics with parameters which are substrings of other parameters)

  new features

• enable getMinMax for color and complex numbers
• enable conversion of color and complex data (also from numeric types)
• add function Chunk::createByID
• put the IO functionality of IOApplication into static functions, so others can use it as well
• add Application::addLogging to dynamically add logging modules and their related program parameters
• add Image::copyAsValuePtr
• in IOApplication add program parameter to control scaling, when converting for writing files
• add capability to show QMEssageBox in QDefaultMessagePrint module
• add an overloaded IOFactory::load to load from a list of sources
• disable confusing PropertyValue::operator-> inherited from ValueReference and add some hooks to access some common functions from Value (closes #42)
• add optional parameter for Chunk creation to fake the properties needed for a valid Chunk
• add Image::copyToValueArray
• replace imageFormat_raw by a special tool for reading/writing raw data

  renamings/moves

• move ValuePtrBase into namespace data (from data::_internal)
• move ValueBase into namespace util (from util::_internal)
• rename Chunk::bytesPerVoxel to Chunk::getBytesPerVoxel
• rename Image::getBytesPerVoxel to Image::getMaxBytesPerVoxel (and improve the doc)
• rename Image::copyToMemChunk to Image::copyAsMemChunk (and improve the doc)
• rename ValuePtr to ValueArray
• rename type.{ch}pp files to value.{ch}pp

I somehow had the feeling it would be good to wait a bit before uploading packages that depend on the currently released version ;-)

When do you expect this to be released?
