spm dialect from Nifti_sa not working for structural data and spm 8 #59

(1) data to find: /scr/tee1/isis_spm_dialect_kaputt

(2) converted by: isisconv -in ../15890.ea_110803_S2_t1_mpr_sagstandard/ -rf dcm -out {DICOM/PatientID}{sequenceNumber}_{sequenceDescription}.nii -wdialect spm

-> S-I flip

(3) converted without dialect -> works with SPM 8

I tried the same thing with the old nifti plugin and it works. So apparently there might be some problem with the nifti_sa....just guessing ;-)
