We are finally publishing neogrok to npm.
Doing so manually is very tedious and error prone. We should have:
https://github.com/changesets/changesets and https://github.com/changesets/action seem like the ideal way to do this kind of thing. They have an enormous dependency graph (@babel/runtime, really?) but I've not found anything else that makes it all so easy.
