appdeploy.py info and sandbox-freebase.com/app/admin disagree #28

I believe that in this case the cmd line tool is correct, and app admin is not.

./appdeploy.py info -a triples

Last Version:       10 (55)

versus
sandbox-freebase.com/app/admin which says that 14 is deployed to and released 
on production.

/app/admin is being deprecated in favor of appdeploy.py info
