Solr schemas #2

I suggest we create a file/the files for the schemas that Solr will need
and store them in the scripts folder (or somewhere more appropriate).

Who wants to do this? I suggest Anto.

Oh, if the Solr connection isn't working, tell me and I'll try to help. Perhaps 
I've
somehow managed to make it specific for my computer. I don't think so, but you 
never
know.
