Update API's and add a security check when setting state of the widget #17

I had a crash with this module used with multiple lists in a scrollview. I added a security check and also build with latest Titanium and Google API's.

Also I no longer encounter https://github.com/iskugor/Ti.SwipeRefreshLayout/issues/5 and https://github.com/iskugor/Ti.SwipeRefreshLayout/issues/9.
