Function for GreedyProjectionTriangulation in open3d? #1658

@benjaminum @adamlofts @griegler Is there any function to calculate GreedyProjectionTriangulation. As for example in pcl: http://pointclouds.org/documentation/tutorials/greedy_projection.php Thanks in advance
