Steps to reproduce the issue

I try to build Open3D on NixOS. I created default.nix with following content:

{ pkgs ? import <nixpkgs> {} }:
pkgs.mkShell {
  packages = with pkgs; [ cmake python3 ispc ];
}

Then in the nix-shell I followed the steps:

mkdir build
cd build
cmake .. # fails

Error message

My system is Ubuntu20.04. I met the same problem when I do cmake cmake ... I had resolved this problem. I used cmake .. -DBUILD_ISPC_MODULE=OFF to make sure the compilation of ispc is turned off.
