Icon \<i> in left of a publication record, is always (?) hyperlink that sometimes gets you in a document and sometimes not !!! Should work in a "uniform" way

The link of the icon is based on the external link of the publication. This is a data problem.

I'm closing it for now.

Transfer share button in static page & replace it with an icon with the external link (if exists)
