Advanced Search, Year fields should not start from year 1 #26

Year From and Year To fields should not start from year 1 if button on right of field is pressed. If we cannot make it start from a specific year, maybe we should remove button with up/down arrows on right of field See for example : http://citeseerx.ist.psu.edu/advanced_search (Publication Year Range)

Arrows still exist in Mozilla Firefox
