publication/all page actions create/update/delete #27

publication/all page when/how is created? when/how is updated ? when/how is deleted ?

These were not a part of the thesis, that's why there is no documentation except the comments on code.

The publication/all page is created on the module activation. The html of the page is saved in the module's db table. On any publication import or edit, the page is updated with the authors & link to the page. On delete it doesn't get removed. An issue about deleting exists already. See #10
