For imported Publications, the Journal Title is missing for the publications in ERCIM News subcategory. On Edit it could be filled with ERCIM News

@DimitrisAgelakis Data Issue. Probably it would be easier to fill this on the first export of the publications.

Has been updated in the latest dataset (20181202). To be tested in deployment
