Normalization of tag names #62

Should I normalize strings in order to: -follow a uniform style (e.g capitalized style) -merge similar tags (e.g Algorithm, algorithm)

check for example the publications of CBML lab

I can do a normalization on a new tag addition, although the existing tags should also get normalized.
