Namespaces declared in the info block are not used for instance generators #135

If we have namespaces declared in the info block (source or target schemata) they cannot be used for generating instances. We want to be able to use the prefix of a namespace in these block within the generator policy file.

The issue has been resolved. It will appear in version 1.9.3
