SurahView UI - Githubissues

The screen UI is not complete and needs a lot of improvements:

[x] The Toolbar has no elevation.
[x] The back button is not center vertical aligned.
[ ] It seems the padding of Bismillah's view is a little low.
[ ] The number of aya is not aligned with the first line of aya.
[ ] The background of the number in the surah header (+surah row) is not the same as the juz row ( juz is preferred).
[ ] SurahHeader background image scaleType should not be fitXY
