ticked off a couple of these https://github.com/The-Island/island-app/issues/141

• fix stripe header so confirmation texts come through as island.io, not the item summary
• send an email on order submit cause shipwire confirmation email happens hours later
• make the packing list better
• say The Island in email header
• I got three emails for shipping. Order processed, shipping and tracking . Maybe consolidate to 2? (removed tracking notification email)
• If user leaves store and goes back to regular Island with items in cart, would be nice to see a cart button somewhere with the current count for quick return.
