Harmonize Islandora Vagrant/Vagrant Base Box install with Provisioning-Islandora-on-Ubuntu.md #15

If Provisioning-Islandora-on-Ubuntu.md is intended to "demonstrate a base Islandora install as performed and agreed upon by the Islandora Community", we will definitely need to harmonize it with Islandora Vagrant and Islandora Vagrant Base Box since the Vagrant repos are used for release VMs and testing.

Agreed. Likely can draw lessons learned from both installation types. It is on my long list of stuff to review if someone else doesn't get to it before I do. :+1:

Got a good start at #24 if someone wants to review and merge. It would be nice if someone else could test it to make sure I don't have typos etc. Should also get PR #17 merged I got the merge conflicts sorted out.
