Why are we suggesting we use that old version of FITS? FITS is at version 1.0.1 now: http://projects.iq.harvard.edu/fits/downloads

@ruebot I think it is just a manner of testing the latest version. Haven't used it yet so I am unable to comment on how well it works. If you are sure it works fine we can update it.

...and I believe it, or much more recent version is on the vagrant base box.
