Just to note the fix for gsearch is only needed if you go past Tomcat 7.0.72/8.0.39

Not sure if @g7morris that is what you tested?

I replicated the issue on two different setups.

Should be noted that to see the issue you need to need to try removing/modifying an object. It seems to still work upon ingest.
