ISL Presentation Rules to live by

• Piggy back rule
  • only 1 piggy back before you let the client get back in
• Don't give the real-estate tour
• Know your audience and insider stakeholders
  • Does your audience need a presentation that 'travels' that they will then need to present internally
• Be concise
• Be decisive (have an opinion and support it)
• Have a role
  • distribute speaking roles so everyone in the room knows what their job is.
• Have the deck more than 24 hours before the pres
• avoid using 'I' and 'Me' statements in favor of 'we' and 'us'
