Controller turn speed not being unlocked while the "Unhook turning from framerate" option is enabled
This can be tested clearly by enabling "Use Joystick" option and "Unhook turning from framerate", unlocking the framerate, loading the game, when you push your controller stick right you will turn at extremely high speeds. This it more tolerable when caping the framerate at a consistent speed and barely deviating the stick however it would be appreciated if this was fixed.
